MAIN PART OF MACHINE:
Fly Wheel: Fly wheel, weight distributed on diameter is used to
avoid the fluctuation of load, heavy fly wheel is perfectly statically
balanced and centrally supported by heavy duty self alignment bearing
to ensure a silent provides high force of intarsia in working strokes.
MOVEMENT :
Hard chrome mirror grinding piston with phosphorus bronze bushes
are provide for to and fro motion of fly wheel. High out put at
low production cost and low maintenance cost. Instead of lowering
the blades carrying the frame. This increases the efficiency of
the machine by minimizing the vibration and maintenance.
MAIN BEARING OF HOUSINGS:
To avoid axial loading heavy duty housing bush of good make are
used, size is so selected that it is easily available in the market,
Both the bearing are enclosed in heavy duty bearing housing, both
the support are well in the foundation casting.
CONNECTING RODS:

Special forged steel is used to make the connecting rods, which
are perfectly stress relieved, so that alignment of bearing at both
the ends of connecting rods may not be changed later on fabrication
& welding.
MOTION OF TROLLY:
The trolley can move upward and downward by jack screw mechanism.
Upwards and downwards motion are controlled electrically. Trolley
motions are guided by four round columns to avoid vibration. The
DC AC motorized group allowed alternatively quick as well as slow
lowering and lifting through automatically electromagnetic clutch.
D.C. motor used to fine control of speeds by means of speed variation.
Auto feed system is provided in panel so that feed can be taken
in accordance with the hardness of stone automatically.
SPECIAL FEATURES:

cantilever effects.

remains at minimum level.

Close circuit lubrication system is provided
to give better lubrication and to avoid wastage of lubricant.

maintenance cost. The trolley carrying stone blocks moves upwords,
instead the effecting of the machine, by minimizing. the vibration
and maintenance.

Such machine require a big motor and hence
a big generator, But inproverment has done is such a way that
20% initial torque is reduced in comparison to other brand machine
which result into low initial cost of motor & generator.
