  • We provide drying and polymerization chamber with high insulation level that reduce heat losses. It is heated by electricity and LPG type mechanism. For homogeneous temperature of every slab in oven. We use a special type duct mechanism in oven. Inwhich air circulation is done by blower.
  • For a entire duration of cycle the slab/tiles to be restore on a special steel net type tray so it is possible to load multi slab/tiles and almost fragile slab on tray.
  • We are using appropriate automation level for optimization of plant. Beauty of this plant is proper software approach, that helps in reducing manpower and increasing production.
  • Resin Line plant also equipped with vacuum chamber it is use for high penetration of epoxy and filling chemical to fill up minute cracks and cavities. It is constructed by ribs structure due to sustain high vacuum pressure.
  • We are producing different type of machine layout according to space and according to production capacity. Production capacity varies from 10 slabs to 22 slabs per hour at different model.
  • We are working in marble and granite sector since 1988.Promotor of the company Mr. Bitthal Maheshwari have a rich experience in this field.
  • Presently we have a well equipped Factory in Chittorgarh.
  • We have managed a good R&D department with technical advisors from different Industries, University and some people from IIT's.
